IM in my 3rd week of a test/eq cycle. ive aquired some t-3 and i was wondering when i should fun it. my goal for this cycle is to pick up as much quality muscle as possible....im going to throw oral whinnys in the last my weeks of a 12 week cycle. by the way im doin 400mg test....400mg eq test for 10 weeks eq for 12. and do you guys eat a little different when on t-3 just wonderin? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Go ahead and use 25mcg/day starting now .You should always start it up at the begining of your cycle as this amount won't burn muscle up while on gear but instead helps the AS become even more efficient in protein synthesis which will yield better gains and at the same time help keep some fat off your body. Don't use more than 25 mcg unless you're on a serious cutting cycle and pyramiding the T-3 up and back down for a period of 4-6 weeks , no longer than 6 weeks max. i just want to get rid of the little extra fat ive got goin. I really want to get as much muscle out of this cycle but summer is comin and i wanna get that peskey fat outtta there....should i wait till like the 8th week or can i start it now..currently in my 4th week. also do you change up your diet, i meen reduce calories but keep the protien high when on t-3? thanks for any help ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

hate to bump it again but im curious to what experiences you guys have had as far as bf lost and strength loss if any when on a pyramid cycle of 4 weeks. also how did you change the diet if any calorie intake? thanks for your replys ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
