Guys,

Help me out here. I am in college right now and I have all my Sust. I am gonna do my injection soon, but I need some help on my diet. It is practically impossible for me to eat 5-6 meals a day. Basically the only meals I eat are when the Cafe in the dinning hall is open. What should I do?/ I can take my protein whenever possible..

You could try cooking some chicken and rice the night before and then take them to school with you in a plastic container and eat them when you get a chance. You could also take a couple sandwiches(peanut butter, tuna ect..) and eat that when you get the chance. I find that protein bars are very usefull when you are really busy(I like Designer or Pure Protein) Hope this helps, GOOD LUCK on your cycle

Thanks...The only problem is I live on campus right now and I can't cook really anything...I have a bunch of tuna and peanut butter, so maybe I will eat that in between my main meals, along with my protein shakes

first off try to start your meals early in the morning so that by 12pm you had at least 2 meals also you can have a shake or a good high protein low carb bar at least have a well balanced breakfast such as egg whites and oatmeal that will make all the difference
towards the rest of the day.
