I started at 5'10 140 pounds anyone else here ever been underweight? After 1 year of weight training I got to 155 with no help.Started my cycle 3 weeks ago up to 165.25-30 mgs of d-bol a day and 2 weeks of test, 1cc per week ...moving up to 2 cc's next week for 3 weeks and then the taper begins.I am not looking to get huge just ripped.Looking to get at least 10-15 more pounds.I have 6 weeks to go.... Any help or suggestions will be appreciated...

im the exact same 5'10 140lbs. now im in my forth week and 154lbs. but if you want to gain 10-15 and be ripped do a cycle of deca and winny. i took a cycle of deca a year and a half ago and gained 15lbs and if you add winny youll be ripped.But there are others who may have better ideas then me just a suggestion.

Hell yeah! I graduated high school at 140lb...now I am 210lb of pure man!

I first started working out freshman year in college and was determined to be big. Within 3 months I had gained 30lb! I ate everything in site, all natural.

JUST MY OPINION BRO BUT I DON'T THINK YOU HAVE TO TAPPER THE TEST. ALSO YOU COULD RUN THE TEST AT 200-250 MGS EVERY 3-5 DAYS THAT WAY YOU WON'T HAVE SO MUCH OF A ROLLER COASTER EFFECT SHOOTING EVERY 7 DAYS SPLIT IT UP IN TOO 2 SHOTS A WEEK, YOU COULD DROP THE D-BOL IN WEEK 4 OR 5 AND RUN SOME WINNY AT 25MGS ADAY FOR YOUR LAST 4 WEEKS

yep im shootin every 5 days 200 mgs.I have only took 2 shots but I like the quick results from the d-bol im gonna taper it not the test.Winny ? my friend is taking it to slim down..Do i want this?Im 8% body fat now.Im gonna move it up to 300mgs next shot and 400 after that then back to 300 2 more then 200 2 more.5-6 d-bol a day till last 2 weeks then tapering it.Taking milk thistle and CAN'T get clomid.So im gonna take Maca last 2 weeks and 6 weeks after..

Yeah dude

during wrestling season last year i was down to 145 and "6'1" but i that is self inflicted so i cant really complain now im 205 and "6'3" a year later just by eating a little more

WOW!! I just gave up fighting at 132, 5'5. Making that 132 was a mission!! you must have had a hard time too?! Now Im 165 and gaining ..... about 6% fat?

I'm 5'4", used to run cross-country at 112, powerlifted in the 123's. Now, I'm ripped as hell, hovering around mid-150's. After this summer mass cycle though, I'm hoping to hit and hold 170. Then, bring on the DNP -PhatD
