um, are we sure he's not talking about a squat? 515 for 2 on bench puts you near a 600lb 1RM. That is insane. If its bench, major props to you, ego. Regarding 1RM calculation: If 2 rep lift was done without equipment 1RM with equipment would be higher than 20-30 lbs more. No use debating it though since he doesn't mention WHAT LIFT he performed. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
