Hey WRW-are u using ephedrine? When I was using that ship man o man did I get sick training legs!! I thought it was just because I was training so hard, but when I stopped taking it, My nausea went away! And I know im training as hard, if not harder, now that im not taking anything! Hope this helps. Btw, one thing that helped me a lot when I was REALLY sick was to stop up one of the sinks in the bathroom with paper towels and fill it with cold water, then dunk my head for about a minute. Also I hope your not ending leg workouts early because of a little sickness! Fuck now that reminds me of my last training partner.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I have the same problem WRW. Only on leg day I always get really sick and just this past sunday was the first time I went to the bathroom and threw up, I practically had to run threre. I hate this shit because I always end up leaving after I feel like that. I dont know want else to do? If I lift lighter that theres no point in lifting at all because I'm not gonna be packin any meat on the thighs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i think i might have a fixer up fpr your problems guys. my team mate on the d-line has the same problem he used to yak all the time when he lifted or when he played. atleast once a week. our school trainer told him to chew gum through out his worko ut. some thin to do with saliva adn your gag reflexis. it worked good for me on the day i use my ECA stack in the gym. seriouspain. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
