I've been reading that taking Nolvadex or Arimidex during a dbol cycle may decrease the muscle building effect. Obviously I want to maximize the mass building effects of dbol, while minimizing the sides. Nolv during ... Armidex during ... Clomid after ... Whats the best way to go ???    | ||

i think that you'll only need to take nolvadex if you feel gyno coming. i don;t see a need to take it throughout or before you need it, unless you know you are prone. i don't think that nolvadex will hinder your gains to that great of an extent, i was told once it will hurt like 10% which aint much. 2 lbs off of 20 is worth not having a nice rack like your girl. i htink arimidex is too expensive for d-bols. i know a lot of people that don't need anyhting from d-bols. also, clomid after is a good idea, even though i know a lot of guys here like it all the way though. bump. i'd like to hear other oppinions too. dj- | ||

I agree, a 10% loss vs gyno doesn't seem like too bad a trade-off. I've also read that Nolv throughout keeps the water and fat way down. One article went as far as to say that in some situations, Nolv actually increases fat loss. |
