i know to cut the carbs, up protein and do alot of cardio, im just afraid to lose good weight, dont want to do to much. any ideas. i am on winny,aratest,fina,deca, clen. how many crdio days a week? whats the best thing to do?, should i still lift heavy or light and more reps? i have that problem that im not big, which im not but wanna get cut up for summer. as i said in my earlier post im 5'8-5'9 180lbs.

I do 35 minutes on the stair stepper 4-5 days a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Maintain a high protein diet and eat ever 3-4 hours to keep the metabolism going. You shouldnt lose any lbm if your on the gear and eatin clean.

Hey I was jsut looking for the same info Ace I'm your height and your weight, I hear ya on wanting to be cut for the summer, if you can't get big in time atleast yu can be cut lets try to keep this at the top!

I did the low carb high protein diet for the past 3 months until this week...I learned that although I was maintainging my muscle, probably because I was on juice, I was not getting bigger or to much stroner...I was depleting carbs around 150g of carbs a day 350g of protein a day and barely no fat exceot from Natural Peanut Butter and the fat in chicken and shit like that....Anyway, now this week i am trying a different type of diet where I started with 350g of carbs on Monday and taper down 50g of carbs a day so it looks like this:
CARBS Protein
Mon 350 300
tue 300 300
wed 250 300
thur 200 300
fri 125 400
sat 125 400
Repeat Monday.....This is all based around my workout schedule because on Monday i need the most carbs because it is Chest......What does everyone think....I am 5'10 200 13%bf 34 inch waist.....

Seems good to me tapering but I wonder if that's a good idea or not, hoping more exp. guys can comment? But ya seem like your doing good bf not at a comp, level but really good for height and weight better than me atleast. anybody have a diet to post? Curious what everyone else is eating out there. Js
