First for the gym how much per month?

Then how about gear(you can avergage this)?

Supplements per month? $$$

Food per month(don't count what your family eats)

I thought this could be very enlightning thread.

I'll go first.

Gym about $4 a month(pretty bad as but my taxes went up too)

Roids. Problably $100 a month(remember take your annual usage and devide it by 12.)

Supplemtents...$100/mo

Food...$400/mo

Well what about ya'll?

gym membership = $10
Gear = $250
Supplements = $150
Food = Free (I live at home) Maybe I should buy more gear

Oh I forgot to add my monthly checkup to check blood pressure and liver enzyme that usually costs about $80 depending on the lab work.

It's hard to think of in dollars and cents when you love what you do. This is the best I can do:

-the gym = $37/month
-gear = $650/cycle
-Supplements = $150
-Food = $60/day

I try to maintain 600 to 700 grams of protein per day. Thats where all my money goes. (60 gph/10-12 hours a day)

Yeah! I hear it all the time. But you have to eat big to get big. But if I ever quit working out, I'm SCREWED!!LOL

Here's what I had today:
4:00am 2 shakes with breakfast
5:00am gym
6:00am still at gym (leg day)
7:00am McDonalds
8:00am Biscuitville
9:00am 2 more shakes
10:00am brunch
11:00am 2 protein bars
12:00pm LUNCH (favorite meal of the day)
1:00pm still full from lunch
2:00pm 1 protein bar and 2 cans O tuna
3:00pm 2 more shakes
4:00pm 1 hole tub of cottage cheese w/peaches
5:00pm Krispy Kream on the way home (BadBob)
6:00pm 2 more shakes and a bar
7:00pm dinner
8:00pm nothing! for some reason I'm not hungry.
9:00pm start my nightly ritual. Drink as many protein shakes as possible before bedtime. It's almost 9:30 and I've had 4.
.
I drink around 6 or 7lbs of powder per week. I get my bars at wholesale by the case. (Around .50c a bar/ 3 cases a week) Expensive I know, but I look marvelous!

PEACE!!!! ~BigBob

When on 1000mg of Steroids, it costs about 8$
Supplements costs about 70-80$
Food costs 100-200$ "Excluding dinning out & junk food as KFC"
Gym costs nothing cause I'm the co-manager
