Bros - Test seems to be kicking in and my appetite is through the roof, I want to eat anything in sight. I'm forcing myself to eat clean, high protein, low fat, low carb. Do I need to do this or should I just be eating anything to get the calories way up. I fatten up easily so I am not sure what is best. Help bros, I'm getting weak and need some support here. When on, I eat ANYTHING, burgers, pizzas, fish+chips, currys.... I still take at least my usual protein intake but I stuff. Yes I do put on a little fat, but then I put on a great deal of muscle. I have tried eating clean while on and I feel that my gains are better eating like crazy when on. Then again, it does piss me off having to work the fat off on my next cutting cycle... Also, I tend to use a reasonbly high amount of Test. / Deca / Dbol so this may have something to do with it. It depends what you want - loads of gains w/ some fat eat like mad.
