Bros -

Test seems to be kicking in and my appetite is through the roof, I want to eat anything in sight.

I'm forcing myself to eat clean, high protein, low fat, low carb. Do I need to do this or should I just be eating anything to get the calories way up.

I fatten up easily so I am not sure what is best.

Help bros, I'm getting weak and need some support here.

Limit Kcals to 50X bodyweight in pounds(lbs)
Limit carbs to max. 2g/lb
Protein: as much as you can physically eat
Fat: low-fat is best.

That should help you with hunger, and limit
any fat gain.....

Limit Kcals to 50X bodyweight in pounds(lbs, so if I use this formula at 205x50 total calories should be 10250
Limit carbs to max. 2g/lb, then carbs should be 410 max total, which would reduce cal's down to 8610
Protein: as much as you can physically eat, so this would be the rest of the 8610 minus minimal fat, so essentially the 8610/4 = 2152.10 minus the fat.

Geez no wonder I am starved, I have been limiting to 3000 as a maintenance plus added 500 four weeks ago when started fina.

When on, I eat ANYTHING, burgers, pizzas, fish+chips, currys.... I still take at least my usual protein intake but I stuff.

Yes I do put on a little fat, but then I put on a great deal of muscle. I have tried eating clean while on and I feel that my gains are better eating like crazy when on.

Then again, it does piss me off having to work the fat off on my next cutting cycle...

Also, I tend to use a reasonbly high amount of Test. / Deca / Dbol so this may have something to do with it.

It depends what you want - loads of gains w/ some fat eat like mad. If you want gains and definition then eat clean.

(This is true of me anyway).

So I should take the 50 x (205 x .454) as the total kcals and work from there using 4654 as the starting point.
So 4654 - 1640 carb cals = 3014 kcals left for protein and fat which gives 754 grams of protein minus any grams for fat at 9 cals per gram.

Still 4654 is higher than the 3500 I was doing till today. Hope to add some nice clean mass and then cut up the last of this fat I have left over using the clen, winny, anavar and T3.
