Are different ones used according to one's needs, or do get similar results. I'm planning on cutting soon, and was wondering. Man, I'd never thought I'd be asking such a "newbie" question! | ||

SMS, I ask myself that often, so here goes my shot at this. I am told that DNP increases your fat catabolism (and some muscle) at about 40 times faster than normal compared to about 10-15 times faster using eca/t3/clen. I guess it depends on how fast you want to lose weight/fat, etc. I have decided that t3/cle/eca is gonna be the lick for me, bro. I just wanna see the fat melt away gradually just as long as I can keep clean dieting and good cardio with the workouts and sleep. Whatever you decide to do, good luck. Fonz, Yea but you can find eca at any store clen in Mexico. DNP I haven't a freakin clue. I have no idea where you guys get that stuff. You are lucky bros though. | ||

DNP is the undisputed king of fat loss, however there is a price to pay. Heat and sweat like you have never felt before. T3, havent used it personally. Excellent for increasing your metabolism, however it also increases muscle catabolism, not recommended unless used with other drugs. Clen, again havent used it myself, most people dont seem to recommend it. ECA, kick ass upplement/drug for increasing workout intensity, can be used on a regular basis without much down regulation. Very good appetite suppresent. | ||

I think I'll go with ECA, actually I already started this morning I don't need to lose alot of weight, only at 185lbs now, so I doubt I need to go as far as DNP. Some moderate loses will be good. I'm just trying to get these damn abs to show more. I'm upping cardio to 30 minutes 4 x week and limiting calories and carbs, general stuff. | ||

How do you know which one is right for you? Check the size of your balls. If you have little, teeny, tiny balls, go with the ECA or Clen. If your balls are slightly larger, try some T3. Now, if your balls happen to be HUMONGOUS, DNP is the right choice for you. Seriously though, Fonz's reply was dead on concerning their efficacy, and the range of potential sides generally increases with the more efficacious ones. However, I should add here that ACCORDING TO MY RESEARCH AND IMO, DNP done CORRECTLY is inherently safer than T3. It's up to you to decide how much fat you wanna lose, and how fast you wanna lose it. Wow, I weighed myself to day, and I'm down 4lbs to 181. My weight normally fluctuates only .5 up or down a day too. I'm still hungry as hell though. |
