well fellas its tuesday last day of carb depletetion, i feel ok a little tired. tomorrow i start to bring them back up, i was 203lbs on sat so im hoping to weigh in at 198.5lbs on the button. im happy with my conditioning so far, so we'll see how it progresses as i take the carbs back up, drop water and sodium. anyone else doing the jr usa in ct this weekend? i cant wait to go out on sat night after the show, well at least thats what i say right now. ill stop by tomorrow i leave thurs for the show so everyone croos your fingers or say a prayer for me. and thanks for all the support for the last 12 weeks.     | ||
