Just took AM Day 6 dose. Last night I went nuts on a big bowl of Cheerios right before going to bed... I just couldn't help it. I went overboard with the carbs on Day 4 too, but even in the face of these carb frenzies I've been having (and unfortunately succumbing to), I'M STILL LOSING WEIGHT! Woke up moist this morning with a wet pillowcase, no doubt a consequence of the nocturnal Cheerios intake. However, went straight to the mirror and it was obvious that I am still blatantly losing fat... unbelievable! About to head out to the gym now to try and do a LB workout. I'll post again later on tonight... ------------------

quote: My plan was for 8 days. However, now I'm thinking about tacking on a couple more days to keep the ball rolling... but I'm still not sure yet. Seems like the first 3 days or so were kind of a "latency period" in which the DNP concentrations were just building up to effective levels. Now they're there, and I'm losing fat, so I might push the cycle to 10 days.

Really liking these DNP posts. I'm learning alot. ------------------

Fonz: I can't get any T3; I can only get T4, and supplementing with T4/Synthroid doesn't seem to make sense to me since DNP will actually already increase T4 concentrations by inhibiting 5'-deiodinase T4 to T3 conversion. Is that accurate? That said, what do you think is the longest that I could safely run the DNP WITHOUT supplemental T3? ------------------

Just got back from my LB workout. Damn tough due to lack of energy. I was squating heavy on a set with no spot and started to feel light-headed in the middle of a rep... I racked it and summoned a spotter. Had to rest 5 minutes b/w sets trying to catch my breath, and I was sweating all over. Fortunately, judging by the poundages I used, seems like I'm retaining muscle/strength quite well. Looking more defined too. I'll post again later... ------------------

Hey CUTS, Can you send me some links to this DNP stuff? I looked at AJC's web site and it gave me a little info, how ever I think this is what I have been looking for. I want to know every thing there is to know! It sounds awsome but yet hard core... I need more info though. Thanks man...

quote: Oh, you can run DNP for a long, long time (like 6 months)(just look at the women who used it for weight-loss in the 1940's when it was OTC). Its just that after 10 days, Body temp goes down due to the DNP inhibiting T4-T3 conversion. However, after those 10 days, the DNP is still in your system blocking ATP!!. But, your body compensates by lowering your body temp. You still lose weight just less. With T3 you just keep on going....... Forget about Synthroid BTW. What you outlined is right on. Godspeed

quote: Cuts, what dose are you running? I am in day 5 of 800mg. in divided doses. This shit is killing me. Your pillow is wet, I go through about 3 pillows a night and I usually end up sleeping on my tile floor in the bathroom with the window open. I sweat so bad, I have to constantly carry a towel.

If I don't use GHB i have to sleep on the carpet as it soaks up the sweat(LOL), letting me sleep. On the bed its impossible as the sheets just get really, really moist and gross. I tried the kitchen tile floor but I tend to stick to it. Godspeed

How expensive is it? | ||

It's as cheap as hydroxycut and will make hydroxycut look like childsplay. I'm in uni accomodation and the b*****ds have put matress protectors on the beds- these are like semi water proof and I am definetly taking mine off tonight, they pull the sweat out of you. I am on day 8, my last day for dosing!

IronFist: This is my first ever DNP cycle and I'm not really all that big to begin with, so I'm doing a relatively mild 400mg/day. I guess that's why my sides aren't quite as intense as yours. For my next cycle however, I'm gonna up it to 600. Fonz: Speaking of upping the doses for my next go-round with DNP, how does the dose-response curve look in regards to FAT loss? Is it pretty much linear? For example, let's say I end up losing 10 lbs of fat from this 400mg/day cycle. If I up the dose to 600 for the next one, can I expect (all other factors being equal) to lose 50% more fat for a total of 15 lbs fat loss? Or, alternatively, is it more of a plateuing curve, where higher doses won't net much more, but rather just increase sides (i.e. like most AS)? What I'm trying to ask is... Does more DNP necessarily equal more fat loss? Thanks. ------------------

quote: Not really. 400mg/day increases metabolic rate by 30% 600mg/day increases it by 40-50% 800mg/day increases it to 50-60% 1000mg/day(the absolute maximum I have tried, 11mg/Kg for me) this increases metabolism by roughly 70%. Anything more, and you will just notice an increase in side-effects, no more fat-loss. 600mg/day is fine for your next cycle. Fat-loss wise, 800mg is about twice as thermogenic as 400mg. But after that the linear relationship doesn't hold. Godspeed

for those of you talking about sheets and soaking them with sweat - I have sheets that are made from T-shirt material and pillowcases as well (jeresey I think it is) and it absorbs all the sweat and makes it kind of nice - I have a few pillows that I rotate through, and I have an air conditioner near my bed as well. ------------------

Fonz: Good info. Very good info. Thanks. I just took a shower and checked the mirror again... I don't know if or how this is possible, but I swear I look LEANER THAN I WAS THIS MORNING! I'm tempted to step on my scale to check my weight to see how much I've lost so far, but I made a pact with myself at the beginning of the cycle that I wouldn't check until the 3rd day after I finish the cycle. I'll post again in the morning if I haven't melted away by then ... ------------------

Damn guys, I just started taking Lipo and I'm sweating pretty damn good. Sounds like fun. The only problem is that I'm in Florida and it's been around 90 degrees for the past three or four weeks. So I'm sweating. Can't imagine how the DNP would feel |
