I know I prob sound like an idiot- but this is new to me.. so im looking for any ideas/criticism i can get. Is it possible to do a cycle or two...and then stop- and maintain a decent amount of your gains? I really want to do a cycle or so- but im not planning to be in it for the long haul..is it worth it?

I'll tell you my experience...since nobody else seems to be.

My first cycle was 200 deca for 12 weeks.
I did this after lifting for several YEARS and making my body go as far as it could naturally. (wish I got smarter sooner actually)

On just the Deca I honestly put on a solid 25lbs and my nips got sore...I got just a little gyno. My body was totally reacting like never before.

I clearly remember my bench went from 275lbs for 6-7 reps to 315 for 6 reps for example.

Later I did Sus250 stacked with 400deca and still nothing even came close to that first time gain.

And it was a permanant gain. I lost about five pounds of the 25...and that was five years ago.

I have a few lame-ass friends who only lift when they are single, desperate, and it's the summertime. They did sus250. They blew up big but they were all puffy...and then they quickly deflated back to their original state.

They never learned how train or diet properly so all they got out of it was some acne, bloated muscle, and nick-names like "Puff-Daddy."

So take yourself to the max without juice and when the gains stop...do what you gotta do. And go easy on the dosages.

Most of the guys on this board are pretty hardcore and willing to deal with sides like a little gyno, lost hair, or a strained liver.

I just started an 8 week cycle of sus250 once a week now by itself. I'll make decent solid gains and zero sides.

Run a search on clomid in the archives. If you are going to run a cycle you will need this to help keep your gains. AS suppress your natural testosterone production and clomid is needed to kick your test back in. The rapid restoration of natural test production is essential to maintain gains. Also study steroid profiles to learn pro's and cons of each. Some steroids like anadrol or suspension testosterone give you big gains which won't be fully maintained because of water weight loss post cycle. Some steroids like primobolan give you smaller gains with little water retention. Research and learn!

To answer your question.... yes you can do a cycle and keep your gains.

Another question: Will you stop at one or two cycles after you have seen the massive gains you can achive while on juice? ... good luck!
