I am 19. I can't get past my gyno, my parents think I'm nuts. I've resigned myself to not having surgery until I am financially independent, but until then I want to look normal..therefore I am cutting hardcore. I want to get down to as low bf% as possible and see what happens. Right now I am 5'7 160 at 11%. Do I have hope? PS I have natural gyno- worst in my left nip- the size of a marble.

cutting down won't help. just wear a shirt. since you're only 19 there's still chance that pubescent gyno will disappear.

quote: Cutting will help minimize the "look" of the gyno. I had it naturally years ago and when I really leaned up the gyno looked a lot less. Obviously, this was due to decreased bf. But, I think it is safe to say that while cutting won't get rid of gyno it will make you look better by minimizing fatty tissue around the gyno.

I have the same "natural gyno" and my doctor said that it should go away in time....3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months....he said that he could specify a time though.... i totally understand how you feel....I'm comtemplating having the surgery....but I would like to avoid it. Is there anything that I could take to get rid of it???? Thanks. ------------------

When getting gyno from roids, not naturally. Is it very noticable, is the pain, itching, and sorness very obviuos? What is the best way to tell if you are developing gyno? Sorry to cut in the middle of this chat just a little worried. Thanks.

natural or chemical induced gyno will NEVER go away. I have never heard of that happening once it formed. Now some people think that when their gland swells a little it is gyno and hence after the cycle, it goes back down looking like they "lost" their gyno. Not so, once you get gyno, it is yours until you go under the knife.

The only way to look normal is if you are a girl. You are not a girl are you?

If it's the swollen gland nothing except the knife can help that, unless it goes away on it's own providing it does not get exposed to a lot of estrogen. Now the puffy nipps is a different thing. That's mostly swollen tissue from estrogen containing fluid and fat tissue. I have been taking Nolvadex and don't see much difference. The best thing to do is to NOT take aromixable gear until it goes away and get lean to cut down on the fatty tissue. Ultrasound can tell if it is fat or breast tissue. Did anyone get rid of their puffy nipps and what did you do (AS, Nolvadex, Clen, etc..) and how long did it take?? This would answer a lot of questions.. |
