Carnitine, Glutamine, Phosphatidylserine and Vitamin C are all natural supplements & proved to block Cortisol & reduce ACTH(the hormone secreted by the pituitary to stimulate cortisol production in the adrenal cortex) Carnitine 150mg 3times a day, Glutamine 5grams 2X/day, Phosphatidylserine 800mg/day and Vitamin C 250mg 3-4 times per day

The natural antagonist to cortisol is DHEA I believe. In the USA you can buy this over the counter. Another cortisol blocker is cytadren. This is ultra effective. It may be best to try the DHEA first. Good luck

Don't use cytradren unless you want a huge rebound when you go off! Not worth it! Some things claimed to be cortisol reducers include vtamins A, C and E. Magnesium chromium, lactoferrin, carbohydrates during workout, ginko biloba, aspirin, glutamine, acetyl l carnitne trancendental meditation the list goes on....!!!! etc etc I think vitamin C is well studies for this effect. reduce emotional stress eat properly, dont over train are amin ones

Cytadren use has to be RIGHT ON to be effective. If I were you I'd research insulin. When insulin levels are high, cortisol is lowered. Combining T3 into the mix to deter any potential fat-gain would be recommended. Talk to Stew about that. He's much more knowledgeable than me on the subject of insulin. Gdspeed

One thing, MYSUPP, juice can help, BUT once you come off, cortisol can be even higher. The gainskeeper formula goes into great deal about how high cortisol can get coming off a cycle and how to combat it. The bros on this thread have given great advice with regards to this. However, all I'm saying is don't rely on juice alone to counter high cort. levels. ------------------ |
