Do you think these home exercise machines are rubbish? I found two which im interested in buying and im wondering what you guys think... As far as I know, machines don't work the stabalizer muscles that you need to work. In my opinion, machines are junk! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I work out at home but I strictly use dumbells and plates. I have one Squat rack and a lat pull down for pully exercises. I would shop around its amazing what kind of equipment you can find on the net. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
