Do you think these home exercise machines are rubbish?
I found two which im interested in buying and im wondering what you guys think...

Name : GymForm Plus
Gymform Plus is a muscular stimulator, which helps to eliminate excess fat and tone up your muscles. Gymform Plus specifically designed for those who want to achieve perfectly defined abs and pecs, a firmer butt and thighs as well as stronger back and arms.

Name : Abtronic
The Abtronic firms, tones and tightens the upper abs, lower abs and love handles.

They can be found here - http://www.danoz.com.au/cgi/dz.exe?a=1&ppics=0&ver=2&custID=240401150144125405519&cat=3&no=60

The GymForm Plus is at the top and the Abtronic is at the bottom...

Please help me and give me your advice!

Get a gym membership if you are serious.
The only home equipment I would settle
for would be an olympic power rack with
cable attachments.

As far as I know, machines don't work the stabalizer muscles that you need to work. In my opinion, machines are junk!

I work out at home but I strictly use dumbells and plates. I have one Squat rack and a lat pull down for pully exercises. I would shop around its amazing what kind of equipment you can find on the net.

Where is the exercise? You should take up stamp collecting.
