today was today 6 and it was hot as hell and water rentension finally really got me I had been fighting it with gycerol. but it finally wow big today but I am down 5 pounds now and can't wait until the water is gone.     | ||

rich!! waz up! how many mg's of DNP are u using? are u using ECA with it to supress apetite? do u take the DNP, with meals or w/o?
