Hey I just had a real quick question, I typed in for some back exercises on the search but didnt get any results. I just wanted some suggestions for some back exercises that I could do w/ dumbells on my weight bench at home. I dont have a lat pull down so I needed some I could do w/ free weights. If you have suggestions, do tell please.

upright row will also work the upper back, but the exercise I think you were looking for was Dumbell Rows. Best back exercise with limited equipment.

Chins and their variations will get you a great, thick back....but i would never neglect doing deads....ever

I couldn't agree more with the chin reply. Overhand, underhand, wide grip, narrow, shoulder width. Max sets will give you what you're looking for.

heavy one arm DB rows, two hand DB rows leaning over, just remember rows are for thickness and mid back pulldowns and chins are for width (lats).

DB rows are the bomb, but you might not have enough weight. ------------------

As stated before bent over rows and deads are great for building a solid back. Best of Luck! M18 ------------------ |
