Just hoping someone could point me to the light. I do about 4 sets of incline flyes and 4 sets of incline bench all to failure. I cant seem to get that burn in my chest like I do with most other muscle groups - anyone have any ideas on other good chest exercises or something I am doing wrong? Cheers and Thanks.

I do chest today. Try this workout:
I dont know your weight so add it in by how many reps I put in.
1-flat bench-4 sets-20reps,10reps,6reps,2reps
2-incline dumbells-3 sets-10reps,6reps,4reps
3-decline bench 3 sets-12reps,8reps,4reps
4-incline hammer 2 strip sets- 2 plates strip to 1 rep out.
5-cable flies-4 sets- upper 2 sets and lower 2 sets.
6-finish with pec deck, 2 sets high reps to failure.

If your chest isnt pumped and burnt, then your a freak!

Pre-exhaust your chest with high reps of an isolation exercise. Like say ...try flat bench cable flyes for 3 sets of 15 reps.

I find that I don't have to do these reps to failure. I treat them like an extended warmup set.

Another cool thing is to do your main compound exercise (Incl Bench) first, when you are strongest. After that the following exercises and reps can focus on the "burn" you're looking for. This way you're still moving heavy weight and maintaing strength.

Or just try compund sets....like superset 2 exercises for your chest for 4 sets.

These work.
