I read one of your replies stating you gained 15lbs. on primo first cycle. Can you tell me ALL the details. How long cycle, dose, diet(calories), etc... I too am planning my first cycle with primo and looking for similar results. What were your pre stats and post stats.??? Thanks.

I hope others pay as much attention to it as you have. All of these people saying anything under 400mgs / week of primo wont do anything.

I dont know the full details but he did a primo only cycle for either 8 - 10 weeks (I believe) at 200mgs / wk. I have e-mailed and discussed this with him a few times.

In this period he gained a total of 15lbs of lean tissue and to the best of my knowledge has kept it all. If he isnt around know check for your post tomorrow because he will be about in the morning. He is in Great Britain and its already 10 40 pm here right now.

For a future cycle,i recommend that you try mixing primo and sust.Incredible solid gains along with vascularity,and yes at only 200mgs primo weekly.

Hi bro.

My cycle was 200mg primo for 8weeks. I injected 100mg on monday and thursday each week. Rotated injection sites - glutes, quads and shoulders, to see which I prefered (I like shoulders)

Diet;

I upped my calories to 3500-4000+ a day with around 250-300+ grams of protein. Lots of Burger kings, steaks, chicken, tuna, rice pasta, potatos etc
I took creatine up until week 3 and then quit it until the end of week 8.
Took Glutamine All the way through.


Training;

Only trained 3 days a week. Workouts lasted 1-1.5 hours.
I took every exercise to failure, and added an extra set or two when I felt good. Mixed things up a lot - High(15-20) and Low reps (1-4)
Primo definatly speeded up my recovery. A lot less soreness after workouts.
Didnt do much cardio, just the occasionall 10-15 min session on the (punch)bags.
Also I took a week off in week 9.

Stats;

Start weight 190lbs
End weight 206lbs
Don't know measurements

Overall a good experience. Zero sides. Had gradual gains which started at week 3 and continued until the end.
My bench went up 10kg(22lbs) and my squat by 25kg(55lbs) Shoulder press up 10kg(22lbs).

Ive been off for a month now and am still getting stronger although more slowly now.
My weight is around 206-210 depending on the time of day.
I did gain a little fat, maybe 5lbs Im not sure really. Wasn't much though.

Damn! Only 200mg/week. That's what I like to hear. I was planning on taking same dose but then began to worry if that was enough. I am at 173 right now with 9%bf and want to get to around 185 and possibly decrease bf%. I am planning a very strict diet so perhaps I won't gain quite as much but thanks for the info.

P.S. only 3 days a week, what was your training schedule like.
