Hi there I have been working out for five years now and I've decided to do my first cycle. I'm 24 years old 1.80 m. 84 kg at 15%BF. Ive got Norma Hellas deca and IP stanozolol. My cycle consists of week 1 : 200 Deca / 2 tabs stanozolol week 2 : 200 Deca / 3 tabs stanozolol week 3 : 200 Deca / 4 tabs stanozolol week 4 : 200 Deca / 4 tabs stanozolol week 5 : 200 Deca / 4 tabs stanozolol week 6 : 200 Deca / decreasing the tabs week 7 : 200 Deca What do you guys think? And another thing But How do you guys work out while juicing should I increase my workouts to twice a week per bodypart. I'm currently working out 5 times a week with each bodypart once a week. Hey bro, when you are on a cycle, you should hit the gym twice as hard, because your mucles heal quicker. I would hit every body part twice a week. ------------------ | ||

my muscles don't heal faster while on gear. If anything it seems longer because I get so sore because I do more weight. | ||

You are never going to get another chance to hit your virgin receptors as effectively as your first cycle. Make it worth while and bump your deca up to at least 300mg/week. I would go with 400mg/week. Deca is very safe even at this dose and you will be much more satisfied with the results. My first cycle I ran deca at 300 mg for about 10 weeks and wish I had run it at 400. Remember, you are not going to keep all your gains. Water weight will be lost at the end of your cycle. Expect to only keep 75% of your peak gain. Go Feyenoord! | ||

These guys are missing the point. You will recover faster but you need to quaddruple your food intake. To reap the rewards from AS you need to take in as many calories as possible. You need 2-3 grams of protein per lb of lean body mass. You need to drink at least 1gallon of water each day. You need at least 8 hours of sleep each night. I can go on and on. In my opinion, if you don't think you can do the above, wait until you can to use AS. Otherwise you're wasting money and time. I don't advise hitting bodyparts twice per week. If you train, eat and sleep correctly, hitting each bodypart once per week will yield good results. You still can overtrain on AS if you don't recuperate properly. ------------------ | ||

I asked the same question several months ago. I did a 8 week cycle in June & I have just completed another 8 week cycle. The starting weight and strength was the same for both since I stopped training for a while. The gear and diet was also same. Only difference was that during cycle 1 I trained each bodypart twice per week, while during cycle 2 I only trained them once per week. I got exactly the same results for both in terms of strength and size. I also enjoy my workouts more. You figure it out. | ||

When your muscles stop feeling sore be it 2 or 8days or whatever they should be punished again rgardless of ster use or not imho | ||
