no big deal really. took 2ccs or nor50 this morning and got an immediate charlie horse type feeling. glute is pretty tight. how long will list last and is it normal?

Should only be like that for a day with Nor5o-if it still bothers you then take a hot bath and let your glute soak for a while then slightly massage it-this also works well if you were injecting a type of test and developed a lump. Hope this helps!!

thanks, that makes sense. i just want to knopw how long it will last. its slowly is getting better. i'll see what its like tomarrow, i'm just hopin its beter by legs day.
