i get acne from deca will i get the same from eq or will it be less

Probably worse. EQ will convert to DHT which can inflame the hair folicicle and block pores.

However, your problem with deca or any other AS is mostly due to the fact that you are injecting large amounts of oil into your body. This oil clogs your pores.
