If taking 20mg/day, do I need to even it out through the day or can I just pop the tab in the morning?     | ||

From what I read there is no difference if 10mg taken 2/day or 1 20mg/day. This is based on a research they did on women with breast cancer. If you are taking 30mg or more then I would space it out. Hope this helps | ||

I too am taking Nolvaldex to keep water retention down ....... How much per day is generally recommnded for this purpose? | ||

depends on what dosages of AS you take... I am gonna try to stick to 20mg/day to see if that does the job, and up it a bit if I find I still hold water...(but I am not doing huge dosages of 'aromatising steroids' just some Dbol. | ||

OK. First cycle, I weighed 192 at the start. I am 4 weeks into the cycle, weigh 203 now. Cycle now has ... 500 mg/wk of Test Cypionate, and ... 300 mg/wk of EQ.
Also, in a few weeks I stop the Cyp, and start Winny (keeping EQ running). Do ya think the Novaldex will still be required? | ||

I have been taking 10 mg per day. Also - read above - what do you think will happene when I stop the Test (and start Winny but keep EQ going). Will I need Nov to keep water down still? Will I need it on-hand for possible gyno? | ||

Take two right away when you start to feel the itch under the nipple. The next day cut one in half and eat half in the morning cut the remaining half in quarters. Four hours after the first half take a quarter and then again four hours later. Do this for 2-3 days and then start to drop one of the quarters every day until your off. If the itch comes back then start again. Otherwise you can risk a rebound effect on the Nolv. Remember Nolvadex only FIGHTS for the receptor it doesn't completely stop the test from getting to it. If you crank hardcore the Nolvadex and then just stop...Well it's like breaking the dam. | ||

I've been taking 10mg a day with my 500mg-aratest/500mg-EQ/75mged-Fina/50mged-winny cycle and haven't had a problem with water retention. 10mg is a good starting point and you can always go up if need be... ------------------ | ||
