On my next cycle, I will be taking 2 multivitamins a day including my protein shakes (that have basically another load of vitamins, like a multivitamin would) and then extra anti-oxidants like vit. c, etc...

If I added all that up, it would clearly be an abundance of specific vitamins... not to mention the ones that I supplement on their own like vitamin C...

My question is: Can I get TOO MUCH of a vitamin, and if so, will it be bad for me or just pass on thru?

Yes you can have too much of a vitamin. Water soluble vitamins like C and B are usually just pissed away (although sometimes nicacin can give you that flush), but fat soluble ones like A can cause some problems. Minerals can also cause some problems if taken in abundance, like iron.

If you are only taking 2 multi's/day, it probably isn't going to affect you adversely.

If you are that worried, just search the net on vitamins and minerals, those sites would be better suited to give a more precise answer on what is considered a toxic level. Be aware that bodies react differently to substances. For example, I can take massive amounts of vitamin A (and get bad acne if I don't), whereas others could take half the amount I do and become nauseous.

I guess what I am saying is that you should research this if you are worried, because all you are going to get here are opinions.
