250MG per week seems so low compared to other cycles I have done but this is the first time I am using test in a cutting cycle and don't want to blow up.I will be doing 50MG Winny and 75MG Fina EOD for 6 weeks and doing 250MG of sustanon per week. Is the 250 sufficient or should I bump it up? ------------------

hey bro...i came off a cycle of 250mgs/7 days and it seemed to treat me very well. think of it this way, you can always add, but tougher to take out what's already been put it. good luck...

500mg is good, i did this for my first cycle alone with sust and got better cutting affects then mass.

Your "blowing up", depends on your diet. If you keep your diet intact and do the right amount of cardio, you should be happy with the "cutting cycle". The test will help you keep your muscle and contrary to what some believe, test does burn fat. You will probably be holding some water, but you should lose it post cycle. Add some EQ, and some t-3 at 25mcg tapering up to 100mcg daily for the cycle.
