Iv'e been weightlifting for about 6 years now. I would like to start using supplements or roids. Don't now what to use never really looked into it. Thought this might be a good place to start. Iv'e never really use supplements any out there that are worth while and not a waste of money? My stats: 5'10" 190lbs,47c,17.5a,26,32w. thanx Dan

here is a good cycle use 35mg of d-bol for weeks 1-4 and use 500mg sust for weeks 1-8 and get some nolvadex. just keep it handy in case you start to show symptoms of gyno. start using clomid on week 10-12 and youll gain pretty good good luck

If you have never used supplements I would start there first. Use creatine fizz and buy some ZMA this will work good for you then you should work your way up tp steroids if you want.

Definitely. Start with supplements for a few months and see where that takes you. Get some good protein i.e-Muscletech (I know, I know, save it guys), EAS, Twinlab, Prolab, Met-RX, etc. And get on some creatine too. If you take enough (at least 3 servings daily, plus all your meals), you could gain a good 10 lbs within a couple of months. ------------------

Pyro spelled you out a good first cycle. But you first need to change your diet and traiing and get closer to your genetic poteintial. Anything aside from German creatine and WPI is a waste of cash if you are on a low budget. -Stew

It depends on how you prioritize getting bigger and stronger. Most suppliments won't do shit, but they're much cheaper than gear. If you're just recreationally lifting, gear might turn out to be a waste of money and possibly some degree of health. It's a decision not to be taken lightly. |
