Well i gained 5kg in 3 months, but offcousre at least half of it was fat. My bicep growed inch. I trained 3-4 times per week and eat 3500 calories. Now i have had 2 injuries, but i'm back in business and this time with gear. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I went from 160 to 230 training drug free, with heavy basic compound movements that was over a 2 year period (20-22). When I did my first cycle (Dec@ 300mg week and test@400mg/wk) I went from 230 to 250 over 10 weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I started training at 170 and went to 250 without gear. This was over four years with a rigorous training schedule. As far as I know.........you should not be even considering using gear until you've worked out for at least 2 years steady, all natural. If you start up and than 2 months later get on the gear, you body will react with more sides than someone whose body is used to the abuse that lifting puts on the body. I'm much like Big Johnson. If I look at food and a weoght I'll put on 10 pounds. I got to 260(6'2") unaided by AS. Used creatine, hefty amounts of vitamins and minerals, and glutamine so I don't call it all natural. Nothing natural about taking 100 times the vitamin and creatine content than you could ever get trough nature(food). My problem is getting lean while maintaining mass. When I cut it all goes and I shrivel up. For some genetic reasoin beyond my grasp I am unable to maintain lean body mass while dropping body weight...unwanted body weight. Like he said, "that's where anabolics come in". Quite frankly AS help me cut much more than they help me grow as that's never been the issue. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I did a show last year and that was at 187 or so now I am at 220 and about 11% BF I figure it was a good 15lbs in gains....

JUICE...this seems to be a trick question. Naturally I gained 205lbs over a course of 26 years. Now 3 years with juice I weich in at 255lbs. Can't really tell you the natural gains while lifting. My weighted never moved once I hit the 205. That is the mark I started lifting and that is the mark I stayed at until I hit the juice. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
