Hey everyone, I'm in high school right now and am getting serious into lifting but I was wondering what a good daily/weekly routing would be, meaning which muscles to work on which days. I dont want to overtrain but I want to hit every muscle equally. Please post your routines or opinions. Thanks

monday - chest, triceps
tuesday - back, biceps
wednesday - abs / cardio
thursday - legs
friday - shouders (i do bi's and tri's again in a few supersets)
saturday - rest
sunday - rest

I like a push/pull training method.

Mon: Chest/bis
tuse: cardio/abs/calves
WEd: Legs/Tis
Thurs: cardio/abs/calves
Fri: Back/Shoulders
Off on the weekend, maybe some light supersets of bis and tris.

I WOULD STAY WITH THE BASIC COMPOUND MOVEMENTS SUCH AS BENCH PRESSES,DEADLIFTS AND THE BEST ALL TIMER SQUATS!!

MON CHEST
TUES TRICEPS AND SHOULDERS
WED LEGS
THURS BACK AND TRAPS
FRI BICEPS AND CALVES
OR THIS
MON CHEST AND TICEPS
TUES LEGS
WED BACK AND BICEPS
THURS SHOULDERS AND TRAPS
REST 2 DAYS REPEAT CYCLE..
THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS YOU CAN DO 3-4 SET 6-8 REPS FOR MASS AND BULKING
3-4 SETS 8-12 REPS FOR MODERATE SIZE AND TONING REMEMEBER TO WERE A GOOD BELT WHEN LIFTING .ALWAYS WARM UP AND HAVE A SPOTTER WHEN GOING HEAVY ON YOUR BENCHS AND SQUATS EAT A GOOD DIET BRO. BEST OF LUCK!!!
