Way too much. Complete overtraining. You do need to train legs. I know alot of people neglect them but your whole upper body will grow from training legs if done properly. You should try the old basic routine to start I would say. Chest/Tri's Throw in Cardio 3 times a week if you tend to hold fat. Do this for atleast 2-3 months you will get good gains. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Gross overtraining. Hitting each muscle 3 times per week is too much overload for the muscles to compensate for. Some people can work each muscle twice over a seven day period, but they are genetically able to. They recover fast. Not all people recover this quickly and nobody recovers fast enough to work each muscle three times per week. Try once a week. You don't grow until you rerack the weight and leave the gym. Legs are a must. Can't neglect them. Try hitting each muscle once a week. This will allow for optimal compensation to the stress induced by training. It's better to undertrain than to overtrain because ince you cross the line from productive volume to overtraining it becomes counter productive. You can still make gains if you are undertraining but you can't gain if you're overtraining. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
