After about three or four weeks I change my routine. I usually change the routine when I do the same workout, and wake up the next day, and the muscle that I trained isn't sore. This is usually when I switch to shock the muscle for the next workout, anyone else still lift when the muscle isn't really that sore the same on the next routine? Is this what you guys go by when you switch? Thanks

I do that even though I've heard that your muscle doesn't have to get sore. It's hard for me to get my bis sore but they still grow. I usually just change up my exercises, not my reps too much. I like getting sore as hell and getting a deep tissue massage. It hurts so good.
