Im starting a omnadren cycle next week and I will be running it at 500 mgs a week and I going to be doing a shot twice a week. What I wanted to know is, how and when should I start taking nolvadex?

You should just keep the nolvadex handy in case you feel gyno setting in.If you do then
20mgs a day would be the dosage.

There are alot of speculations that nolvadex
will hinder your gains so I would not take unless I had to.With 500mg of Sust a week you
will most likely be fine.
