Stats:22, 6'3, 252 lbs, 12% Bodyfat Doing first cycle, thinking of a deca/winstrol stack. Want to gain about 15 pounds of lean muscle. Been lifting for about 4 years, reaching some serious plateau's!!!!! Could you guys give me any ideas as to what I might try???????? Thanx in advance     | ||

Try this: week 1 to 10: 300mg of deca Thats a pretty pricey cycle. I would do this: week 1 to 10: 400mg of eq Much better gains at about half the price. I'm starting my first cycle tuesday with Deca and Winny. I'm not sure yet will i use Deca 8 or 10 weeks. Some bro's have sayd that 10 weeks is too long. Opinions? I eat clean food and much protein. I will do morning aerobics ans use clens to fat burn. I'm getting little nervous because cycle is starting, but i guess it is normal. I wonder how much i will shake when i inject my first Deca amp. lol. Week********Deca******Winny******clomid ------------------ | ||
