I've seen this product being used by bodybuilders of the 70's and part of the 80's. this seemed like a good product. what happened to it? Did it not work? caused injury? your thoughts! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yeah i dont know why they went out of fashion. People still do preacher curls dont they? My personal opinion is that they are the same exercise (Preacher curls and arm blaster curls) Does anyone still use those hand grip exercisers as well??? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

how about that thing for your shoulders. It had a handel on each side with springs in the middle. the object is to pull it apart. kinda silly. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

That spring thing for your shoulders Is pretty funny....I reckon it works. The only thing is the resistance is not adjustable. I remember using it with no shirt on a couple of years ago and getting chest hair (or lack off)caught in the springs. ouch. I also like the chest developer that actually developes the shoulders more than the pecs cause of the arc. I havent seen those things for sale for years. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
