El Cubano...Did you see that D-end who benched 500lbs and was only 220...they showed his workouts and they were Sick....They would drop him from 6-7 feet off the ground and he would have to land in pushup position...The kid was nasty!!! His dad was his trainer and made him into a monster yusing all these crazy strength techniques.... | ||
