i would like to share a bench program with you to help you increase your bench. this program will help you add at least 20lbs. here goes. example for 350 max bench. you will be doing 3 sets of singles and 3 work sets of 3 sets of 5. once you are warm up. 335lb for 1 rep for 3set...then drop back 50lb (280lb) for 3sets of 5. complete every rep is a must. the next week you add 5lbs to every workout. do this for 4 week at a time. this program helped me benched 465. ajust for weight using the 350max. let me know how it looks. train hard. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I do 3 sets of 3 Heavy, with real strict movement, then 3 sets of 8 50lbs lighter, then one burnout set of 12. made the most gains off of this than any other routine ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
