Try this bro. I posted this on mmx a while back. It's a great routine. http://www.mmxbodybuilding.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/topic.cgi?forum=1&topic=1334 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Bro, There are two exercises that I have found are essential to build up the lats and biceps. For the lats you need to do deadlifts. They build thickness like no other exercise and you can go HEAVY! They also work the lower back, traps, rhomboids and hamstrings to a degree. Superset them with hyperextensions and you'll get that X-Mas tree lower back in no time. For biceps, I really started to get growth when I incorporated preacher curls into my routine. Go as heavy as possible but not so heavy that you can't get a pump. If you have a workout partner you can go as low as three reps and add a couple of forced reps to boot. This will fill out the biceps and really build up your peak. Also, try doing some isometric contractions right after the set (e.g., flex the muscle as tightly as possible right after the set and hold for 10-30 secs) as this really forces blood into the muscle and helps you to get a feel for how the muscle feels when at peak contraction....hope that helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

loomis is right about the contractions. It's all about positions of flexion. Read the article and the routine in the link i sent. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
