I've taken 5 200mg doses so far, with another one scheduled for later tonight. I did sweat a little in bed last night, but not as much as I thought I would. Also, I felt pretty drained during my workout this morning. I'm taking all of my anti-oxs religiously and using my fan a lot. I'm kinda worried that I'm not sweating more. Is the DNP working? Oh yeah, from time to time I feel a little light-headed, I'm assuming that's b/c of low blood sugar? What should I do at those times... take in some carbs or just try and ignore it? ------------------ | ||

Eat carbs if you are dizzy, wait another day on the sweats. I dont get them bad unless I'm at 800 a day, and then by day 2 I'm sweating, but everyone is different. | ||

Its called DNP front-loading Sart at 600(or 800mg) for the first 2 days then drop to 400(or 600mg). Makes you reach DNP saturation faster(2 days vs 4 days). Godspeed | ||

Do as the other bros said. Keep some simple carbs(sugars) on you..eg. fruit or other. If you feel sick or nausiated, dizzy - take in some simple carbs and it should pass. Drink a ton of water, it helps as well. The sweating will come don't worry. You'll notice how it's mostly at nights. VIKING OF THE NORHT. ------------------ | ||

How long are you running it. The stuff works don't worry about not sweating enough. Do some cardio and watch the sweat poor off. You'll get the night sweats too, but hopefully not as bad as some. Training intensity will dwindle if not cease soon. So just go through the motion. Anyone know who the member that ran 200mg a day for 30 days was I want to remember how that worked? | ||

It's the middle of Day 4 now, and I've taken 7 200mg doses thus far. I've been having a hard time falling asleep, and a tough time waking up... as a result, I'm sleeping almost 10 hours/night. I'm staying relatively cool at home b/c I always have my fan pointed right at me, but if I'm away from it for any extended period, I start to sweat profusely. Just got back from the gym. Tough workout b/c of very low energy levels. I was sweating like a pig. Looks like I'm maintaining muscle o.k. so far judging by the poundages I used. Fonz: Seeing as it's too late for me to "Front-Load," would it be beneficial at this point to up the dose to 600mg/day for the remaining 3 days of the cycle? Thanks. ------------------ | ||

Fonz, what type of results did you get taking your DNP for 30 Days? What is your opinion on taking t3 with DNP. This is my second cycle and I'm taking 800mg. in divided doses and 1 tab of cytomel per day. I will do this for 10-12 days. | ||

Supposedly, that's the "magic" of DNP... to burn a lotta fat while hanging on to the muscle. I've only been on for 4 days, but I haven't noticed any loss in muscle mass/strength since I started. ------------------ |
