I just wanted your opions on this what do you guys think of going out to pubs clubs while bodybuilding generally. It is just lately i turned down i lot of invites to go out and i regretted it because i love BB and i though that is what would be best for my body. I am not talking about drinking i only drink very rarely but what about being in a smokey atomphere in pubs etc is this bad. Even if i do go out i still get the needed sleep and eat a lot. I am just saying i don't want to regret my life for the sake of BB even though i love would you guys do you guys still go out.

I agree with you. You have to find some sort of happy medium. You will have to give up many pleasurable things in life in order to achieve your highest genetic potential. I mean, hell, it is alot of fun to stay up all night, get a little buzzed on something, and chase women. It is fun as hell to hang out with your buddies, eating chips, drink some beer, and watch the game. But often times, you can't do many things that you might otherwise enjoy while you are trying to maximize your physique. You have to strike a balance in your life.

I do know this: You cannot sacrifice everything that is pleasurable to you just for a perfect physique. No matter what you do, you will lose your physique one day. However, you can never get your youth back. You can never get back the chances you had to do things in your life. All we have when we die are our thoughts and memories. You will not take that 250lbs of muscle to your grave I can assure you. Not only should you try to achieve your maximum physical potential, you should also try to live your life to it's fullest potential. Find a plan that works for you. If you enjoy going out, then make sure you don't drink yourself to death. Take a protein bar with you. Go to the bathroom and gobble it up while nobody is looking if your afraid people will look at you strangely. Tell your friends that you have to get up early so that you can be home by 1:00 a.m. or so. Take some time off from training every once in awhile so that you can go do whatever it is you want to do without feeling guilty. Just find a way to do the things you love to do, while also finding a way to achieve your goals. It can be done. Good luck to you.
