creatine will hold alot of water in you but will give you strength and size over time. Derma what? Use what is known to work and like mustang said pack on the pounds by eating a shit load! Good luck and if your one of those guys that r scarny and can't gain weight for nothing then try power lifting manouvers (3-6 sets of 5 reps dead lifts, olympic lifts and squats)twice a week and bodybuilding excercises every other time you excercise.
