quote: Proviron is considered a steroid. On paper, you shouldn't have a problem bringing any of those medications back (except for Proviron) because they aren't Federally Scheduled. If Customs does seize them (after you declare them) it's because they assume you don't know your rights. Make a printout of the FDA guideline which allows the importation of certain meds (for personal use) and show it to the Customs agent if he tries to give you shit.

I brought back 10 HCG's and they hassled me like crazy and gave me a lecture on how these are only for people on steroids and how bad steroids are for you. However, they can't seize them if it is a reasonable amount, but do not hide any AS on you if you are going to declare that stuff. They do not need any type of probable cause to search you, so they might search you just because they will put 2 and 2 together.

quote: Nolvadex and Clomid are meds approved in the US so as little shit as possible can be slung your way about them. If you had clomid just say your wife is infertile and you are NOT PAYING $8.00 a goddamn pill when it can be purchased for about 40 cents a pill and is made by a REPUTABLE LAB that sells products in the US. Just be prepared to fight. I brought a bottle of Nolvadex back and had to endure a pat down search and a see saw battle with an annoying FEMALE (like she should understand) customs agent! ------------------

Guys I thought that customs doesnt have to let anything through if you do not have a U.S. prescription-----Meaning you have to show proof that you have a doc in the states that prescribes these things to you and you are only going over the border for cheaper prices----Because if they wanted to, they could let you through with it and then have you busted for not having a U.S. prescription---

quote:Take a look around at all the amrican generics in bottles. Theres not american nolva there but mine is the CIPRO brand that's made in India somewhere. They are cheap and you can always get a deal on them. DONT buy stuff made by DNA labs out of Miami,Fl. They make a whole line of stuff including those clomid that look like giant pink skittles. ------------------

Wombat, US Customs enforces Federal laws, and in the case of foreign medicatios, Federal laws and State laws aren't the same. Federal law allows you to import meds without a prescription (as long as certain criteria are met) and most, if not all State laws say you need a valid US prescription for any prescribed med. It's confusing and it doesn't make sense but that's how it goes. For example, you can buy some Clomid, Viagra, and hGH in TJ, declare them at Customs and get through no problem with your stuff.. But if you get pulled over by San Diego PD and they find that exact same medications (that Customs let you keep) you can get arrested because you don't have a US prescription. |
