What I need to know is how to safely extract the TA from the methylcellulose (binders). Will benzyl alcohol do the trick? Will there be any TA left in the settlement on the bottom? How effective is this method? What will be the return % of TA? Is there any other methods?? ------------------ quote:    | ||

People are using methanol, actetone, etc. I have also heard of hydrogene peroxide and ditilled water being used. I would prefer to use benzyl to sterilize the solution. I then plan on mixing this with phlogel in order to have a cleaner, less messy final product for my cattle. Any suggestions? ------------------ quote: | ||

I got a Q. On Mr H's site there are instructions to make tren. In those instructions he lets the fina "oxidize" and then prefilters the solution with a coffee filter. My question is, do you only have to use the coffee filter if you let the solution "oxidize"? | ||
