good cycle so far.. it is my second one.Bodyweight started at 225 dbol(russian) was a nice kickstart ran it for 3wks doing 20 mg first and ending 25mg for remainder.Noticed strength go up around day 7 at the conclusion of dbol wt up to 235.Have injected 500mg. sustanon(infar-russian) every 6 days with a total of 14 amps, gonna do another 12 more ending cycle on may 26th. Body weight hovering at 250 and cardio is now being done 4 times a wk in the am on a empty stomach for 1 hour to hour and a half. No bloat or serious water retention sure do miss the dbol had excellent power when it was running it's course. Doing a 3 day split program to hit bodyparts more often while on the juice when recuperation is good.
day 1 chest/tri
day 2 back/bi
day 3 shoulders/legs
doing abs 2 in this period and doing 4 exercises for large muscle groups ie.. chest, back, legs and 3 exercises for smaller. Calves are being worked once in a blue moon they are big enough..
For food intake 6 meals per day mostly tuna and chicken with pasta,rice or perogies yummy and also protein drinks. I have clomid for post cycle therapy actually no shrinkage yet squeeze hmm.... but have the stuff to bounce em good. I hope this will help any newcomer's to the board

Hey Bro if I could just add in my 2 cents on your workout-see if this makes sense:

Your workout now:

Chest/Tri
Back/Bi
Shoulders/legs

New Workout:

Chest/bi
Back/Tri
Shoulders/Legs

Here is the concept behind the change-when you work your Back (at say 100% capacity)your basically working your Bi's also-so when you do Back then Bi's your Bi's are stressed from working your Back so they may be operating at only say 60-70% for your Bi workout. Now if you work say your Back on one day and Bi's on another you get 100% out of Back and 100% out of Bi's each workout with a better time in between to recover. Same concept with spliting up chest and tri's to maximize the muscles full capacity which leads to better gains-this is just my opinion-tell me what you think?

Sounds good! Im going to do the same cycle but 30mgbdol for 6 weeks and 550 sust for week 1-10. I cant wait after hearing your results. Good luck bro.
