I'm 30 years old, height 5' 11, weight 319 LBS. MY BF% is probably way up there, heck my love handles are as wide as my shoulders, and I have some wide shoulders. I put on weight easily so I know I could look good if I lost the weight, I'm doing cardio, weight training (3 times a week) and dieting but I was wondering if any of the Steroids out there would do me any good. I have done some research and some people have suggested NitroPhen and Maxteron stack, I have also been told that winstrol was a good one for my situations and goals. What are your thoughts? By the way I already have a bit of a temper, not bad but it's there, so I would prefer something that didn't make me even more aggressive and of course I want to keep the look when I stop taking the product. My biggest fear is developing breast.... If you can suggest websites that can provide some insight that would be great too. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

the best thng you could do is get a good diet and lots of cardio.buy some ephedrine caffeine and aspirin, not the herbal shit and take 50mg of ephedrine 200mg of vivarin and 1-2 excedrin 20 minutes before your workout on an empty stomach in the morning and do about 40 minutes of intense cardio.then take 25mg f ephedrine before you next two meals.your diet is the most important thing, there is no magic pill otherwise nobody would be fat ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Do your cardio 4-5 times a week for 40 mins, in the morning on an empty stomach. Your diet will play the biggest role in determining how much you loose. I would hold off on the eca stack for now. If you are that overweight, I'm sure your blood pressure is high. You do not want to use an eca stack if your blood pressure is high, so I'd loose some weight to bring your blood pressure down and THEN incorporate an eca stack along with a cycle of winny/eq. My current diet doesn't have much to it. I've quit eating fast food, fried foods (hamburgers and such) and started on chicken , fish and such. I'm trying to eat those 4 to 5 small meals a day but it ends up me using a snack item like a apple or banana for those in between meals. I've been drinking at least a gallon of water every day. Surprising enough I do not have high blood presure, my doctor has given me phentermine (37.5Mg)( generic for Adipex P) to help me lose weight, it's not working as well as I hoped. Eq=Equipoise. Like I said before, if possible do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach 4 or 5 times a week for 30-40 minutes. For your diet, carbs are going to be your mortal enemy. Limit your carbs to 100-150 grams per day, consuming the bulk of them before lunch. No carbs after 7 pm (the exception being a post workout drink if you workout at night) and no carb only meals. One day a week, you should double or triple your carb intake to keep your body offguard and help keep your energy up. You should have protein with every meal, making sure to get 1 - 1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Up your fat intake a bit to offset the carb reduction, mainly consuming mono or polyunsaturated fats and very little saturated fat. You also need to be drinking 1-2 gallons of water every day. The more water you drink the less water you retain. For a cycle, I would go with something like this: Wks 1-6 50mgs winny ed/400mgs eq In addition, you could use an eca stack and rotate using it every 2 wks with some clen. I've used Adipokinetix before. It's good stuff, just make sure you start your dosages low and work your way up slowly. When I first tried it I brought my dosages up to quickly and nearly passed out on my leg workout. For your first cycle, there is no need to use hgh unless you happen to have piles of money laying around. You could add in some test or some fina with the cycle I posted above. Personally, I'd go with the fina. You could incorporate the fina into your cycle this way: Wks 1-6 50mgs winny ed/400mgs eq 2-3 weeks after your last shot, start the clomid @ 100mgs ed for 1 wk then 50mgs ed for 2 wks. If you are grossly overweight then I would hold off on a cycle until you loose a bit and focus on your diet, cardio and the eca stack. Your body will respond to the gear better at a lower bf% (I can't remember the scientific reasoning behind that right now, but maybe someone else can elaborate). Give yourself a month or so and see what kind of progress you make. Then start your cycle and have fun!! BANSHEE ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Clomid is a must like I posted earlier for post cycle. During your cycle, you could throw in some proviron to combat any drops in your sex drive you may experience. I actually just started a cycle of fina/eq/mas right now and I'll be adding in Proviron for 6wks. Milk thistle and cranberry extract would also be a good idea for your liver and kidneys. On and off cycle, you should be taking a multivitamin, extra Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin E. This will help boost your immune system and protect against cellular damage. I'd say this: T3, Clen, ECA, and EQ Cardio everyday, eat 2500cals a day. Oh yeah, make sure the cardio is in early morning on an empty stomach. Diet is the main thing....SLEEP alot too, believe it or not, this is a cycle, rest is imperitive... ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Bro, Like Manchild said, T-3 would really be a great addition to a stack. It speeds up your metabolism and the fat will melt off. Unfortunately, it also eats at muscle, so don't stay on for more than 6 weeks or so. Do 25mcg a day week and work your dosage up steadily until you start to feel shaky, then back off half a tab. Taper back down at the end of the cycle, or your thyroid can get messed up. Do a search on "T-3" in the archives...you'll find plenty of info on how to use it. Also check out DNP. Although this is a pretty serious drug, the fat loss you can experience with it is unreal. It's not a pleasant drug to use, though (can you say night sweats!!!). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
