Hey Guys,
I used to be sold on Keto diets and now recently for the last 4-5 weeks I have been doing a diet with carbs. Thinking it was better than a keto to lose fat and maintain mass and fullness.

I am prepping for a show for those who don't know.

My diet now is 60% protein and about 20% Carbs and 20% fats.

In the past Ketos worked great for me. I did the Targeted Keto with carbs only after training and no carbup. So about 50g of Carbs after training only 4 times per week.

I AM THINKING OF GOING BACK TO A KETO.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

WHICH IS BETTER KETO OR 60/20/20 DIET?

I WANT SOME OPINIONS AND YOUR REASONING.

THANKS!!!

hey this might help

I like the 60/20/20 but if you want to look shrink wrapped go to a big 5 and buy a plastic suite. Put it on and run fo about 20 minutes a day.

Good luck

Drexxster -

I just finished 7 weeks of a CKD and went from 227 to 214, or so. About 2 lbs. lost per week.

Not too much strength loss, which means not too much muscle loss. Last time I went on a calorie-restricted diet, I lost a good bit of muscle with the fat. NOT GOOD.

I'm going to chill out for 2 weeks with a normal food intake of about 3000 calories, and then go back to a CKD for 6 weeks.
