6 full meals and 12egg whites with milk right before bed. usualy i get up and have a protein shake in the middle of the night sice i get up about 10 000 times to piss anyways

Well...I get up at 6:00, eat breakfast. At ten, I have my first break-and I eat again. At 1:00, lunch time! At 4:00, I have my fourth meal. At 6:00, pre-workout meal. At 8:00, post-worlout meal. AT 9:00, second post-workout meal. And lastly, at 10 or 10:30, protein shake before bed. That is a typical day and is 8 meals-pretty average for me. Btw, I smoke a lot of weed, that might have something to do with it!!! I fucking love eating!! I only wish I could get paid for doing it...

i also eat every two hours so i eat at least 6 meals a day and sometimes get up to 9 meals a day.

as a rule............i consume 4 protein shakes a day (50mg of whey/casien each) followed by 4-6 well-balanced meals. when at school ill pack along protein bars (met-rex, sportspharma, etc) and eat one every 2hrs. when at work its usually two cans o' tuna out of the can during break and whatever doesnt eat me first any other time...heh...heh

Here is my diet from Mon-Fri...On weekends (Sat and Sun) I cheat a little....This is it:

Monday - Friday (Prot:360g, Carb:160, Fat:40)

8am- Protein Shake in water, Flax Oil
2 slices rye bread /w/ fake butter
(p:50, c:25, f:10)
10:30- Protein Shake in water
(p:50, c:4)
12:30- Turkey on Rye /w/fat free mayo
carrots or small salad no dressing
(p:30, c:30)
2:30- Solid Protein Bar
1 slice Rye bread /w/ fake butter
(p:30, c:25)
4:00- LIFT
5:30-Dinner: Fish with Pasta, Veggies, Bread
Or Chicken Wrap (p:60 c:60 f:10)
7:00- Sugar Free Ice Pops

8:00- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter, Fat Free Nillas:4
& Protein Shake
(p:57, c:10, f:14)
10:00- Chicken Breasts precooked no fat
(p30)
11:00- Protein shake & Flax Seed Oil
(p50,c2,f14)

I weigh 200 5'9 22yrs old 13%bf
Cycling: EQ 400mg/wk will start fina soon 75mg/eod 4 weeks then clen & clomid.......

I barely have any appetite, so 80% of my protein comes from protein shakes. I probably eat three small meals a day, but I have around 5 shakes a day.

I would like to eat about every 2 hours but i feel lot better when i do it every 2.5 hours or so, stomach get its time to rest and is more ready to digest everything that i put in it, gives better results and less gas.
