I havn't posted pics since August 2000. That summer me and my boy signed a contract that it would be our last cycle. It was a winnie only cycle. I did two other cycles before that. The pics under the "most recent" section (I'm in the green cargo pants) were taking at the end of August. But the one at the bottom on the beach is me In Puerto Rico two weeks ago. It was taking after 8 months of natural bodybuilding. The reason why I'm proud of the recent beach picture is because I used... � No oil � No staged lighting � No prior pumps (parking lot pushups)  � No carb up � And most important...NO FLEXING So I finally proved to my self that you don't need the gear once you've reached a disired size. Especially because my goal is to stay lean and achieve an athletic built. Mass Monster: No...never any permenent side effects. I just think that in the long run they will catch up to anyone. You gotta stop some time. I consider my self lucky and I don't want to push it. I payed my dues (3 cycles) and got the size I want. I don't like that huge look and lets face it...either do most girls. First off, nice web-site bro. I like the way its laid out. I'm just starting to learn about building web pages, and its giving me some ideas...very inspirational. Did you do it yourself? Second, you look good bro. In those two other cycles you mentioned, did you do anything heavier than winny? The reason I ask is because I have a very similar build to yours and I am going to do a test cycle within the next six months. I'm kind of apprehensive about doing it because I like the look I have now and am not sure I want to take it to the next level. I'd like to know if you took test, how you responded to it, and what you have to say about it. I know I should just find out for myself, but it never hurts to ask other people. Thanks. | ||

And here is my cycle break down. � summer '99 = 12 duratests & 24 winnie amps � spring '00 = 1 1/2 bottle of deca (brovel) & 24 winnies � summer '00 = 24 winnies & 200 clen pills As you can see I love winnie. I also throw ECA in the mix on and off all year round. The thing with me is that I lifted for 3 years prior to any of my cycles so I lucked pretty good before I started. Bro, you have a very good build. I have an identical build to you except i'm only 5'8. It looks better when your taller. With your genetics it's was a smart decision to go natural. Also, I think my boy italian sweetness saw you at the club last friday. I remember him telling me he saw bulldog from elite.
