Guys what do you think of doing cardio on a bulking cycle? I'm doing Sust/Deca and eating like crazy, getting fat on lower abs.
Would cardio put more pressure on heart and how would it affect my gains?

I'm 49 and currently doing cardio on a bulking cycle I guess it depends on the shape you're in...(it works for me every time)

A lot of people are going to tell you not to do cardio - to just focus on your gains - but I am one of these people that has to keep during cardio during a cycle. Ive never really felt like it has hurt my gains. I am very prone to being overweight and a little bit of cardio keeps the flab away.

I THINK YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DO CARDIO WEATHER BULKING OR NOT. I DID NOT DO ANY CARDIO FOR THE MOST PART OF MY BULKING CYCLE BUT NOW I AM DOING ABOUT 10-20 MIN A DAY 3-4 TIMES A WEEK JUST TO KEEP THE HEART IN GOOD SHAPE. HOPE THIS HELPS

i dont do any cardio. try supersetting and tri-setting your weight training and keeping your rest times down between sets. if you do this you wont need to do cardio....trust me....get Charles Poliquin's Manly Weight Loss and read it....a lot of good info on staying lean without doing girly ass cardio
