I'll be going under the knife to have my gyno removed and wanted to know how long should wait before begging my next cycle and how long should I wait before working out (I'll ask my surgeon this question but not the former). For those of you who have had this procedure done email me directly if you like. Also, my surgeon said that he wants to lypo the hard tissue out, first by liquifying it and then sucking it out but leaving the gland in place. I believe he's entering from the side pect/arm pit area. He described the gland to be like a spyder's web with hardened tissue affixed to it. Anyway, I want the damn thing taken completely out but he said that it will leave a scar. Experienced/well informed bros. please advise... Thanx for your time. wolf! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I had Gyno surgery doen. I waited 5 weeks to work out. Even at 5 weeks I could feel a pull so i waited to go realy heavy for about 7 weeks. I would wait like 10 weeks till a cycle because if you feel anything in your chest and you are on your cycle, you are going to back off a little. And If I could not go all out on a cycle I would be pissed. Just telling from my experiance ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
