I woke up this morning and all day I have felt a sort of pain in my back towards the bottom of my ribcage on the left side. It doesn't feel like a muscle pain, but almost like it is in internal thing. I'm taking 100mg of Winny tabs everyday. I thought this might be my kidneys but I'm not sure. Any ideas of what to do or what it might be? I'm kind of concerned because it hasn't gone away all day.
